Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LicitaHub, operated by Recisur S.L. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

1. Service description

LicitaHub is a SaaS platform that aggregates public tenders, provides management tools (pipeline, digital dossier, private marketplace) and AI-based analysis for companies participating in public procurement.

2. Account

• You must be 18+ and act on behalf of a legal entity or as a self-employed professional.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Notify soporte@licitahub.com immediately upon any unauthorised access.

3. Plans and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from Settings → Plan.
• No refunds for partial periods unless legally required.
• Payments processed securely by Stripe.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited: illegal activities, mass scraping, DoS attacks, reselling access without authorisation, publishing false or infringing content.

5. Intellectual property

All LicitaHub software, design and trademarks belong to Recisur S.L. You retain ownership of data and documents you upload; you grant LicitaHub a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

LicitaHub aggregates official data but makes no warranty as to accuracy. AI analysis is advisory only. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the damage.

7. Governing law

Spanish law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
